You'll design user experiences for Buildout's CRE brokerage platform, leveraging AI-native tools to prototype rapidly. You'll shape product vision with PMs, engineers, and customers, directly impacting the commercial real estate industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design user experiences for broker and brokerage operations
• Use AI-native tools to rapidly prototype ideas
• Work with PMs, developers, and customers to define product vision
• Mentor a small team of UX and Product Designers

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
• Proven track record using AI-native tools (Claude, Cursor, etc.)
• Experience designing and shipping agentic AI experiences
• Fluent in Figma and prototyping tools
