You'll support a mixed-age Montessori classroom, helping children ages 0–6 develop independence and confidence. You'll assist in preparing intentional learning spaces and support individualized activities. This role offers fully sponsored Montessori diploma training.

• Observe children to understand and support individual needs
• Prepare and maintain an orderly classroom environment
• Support individual and small-group learning activities
• Build warm relationships with children and families

📋 Requirements

• Experience working with children ages 3–6 in a school or childcare setting
• Positive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset
• Genuine love for working with young children
• Interest in learning the Montessori approach

• Prior Montessori experience
• CPR/First Aid certification
• Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education
