🎯 What You'll Do

• Process prior authorization requests using Oscar and vendor tools.
• Collect medical information via phone, fax, and portal.
• Meet decision-making timeframes and escalate cases as needed.
• Communicate authorization outcomes to members and providers.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of pharmacy-related work experience.
• Active, unrestricted CPhT certification.
• Excellent customer service and phone skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CVS Caremark portal and criteria.
• Managed care plan or PBM review experience.
• Understanding of step therapy rules and regulations.
