You'll own analytics for Sortation & First Mile operations at Relay, a logistics startup scaling faster than 99.98% of venture-backed companies. Your analysis on cost per parcel, workforce planning, and robot efficiency will directly shape shift scheduling and network performance. You'll work embedded in an operational squad while reporting into a centralized data team of 30.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Investigate cost per parcel and identify savings opportunities
• Track operative performance across throughput, accuracy, and utilization
• Monitor robot efficiency and capacity bottlenecks
• Build models to predict shift requirements and automate workforce planning

📋 Requirements

• SQL fluency with experience in BI tools
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis
• Logistics or operations exposure
• Ability to navigate messy operational data and build trusted metrics

• Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis
• Background in cost optimization or financial analysis
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems
