Description

You will perform commissioning and decommissioning of mechanical systems (AHUs, chillers, boilers, compressed air, exhaust, water treatment, process equipment) in a semiconductor facility. You'll support tool start-up, coordinate with trades, execute tests (OATs, FATs), and ensure safe, compliant handover in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Experience in mechanical commissioning in live high-tech manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of mechanical systems (pumps, fans, motors, compressors, boilers, chillers, air handlers)
• Ability to follow detailed installation and testing documentation
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to COHE procedures
• Effective communication and coordination with multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Commission/decommission mechanical systems including AHUs, chillers, boilers, compressed air, exhaust, water treatment, and process equipment
• Perform tool hook-up, turn-on readiness, and support start-up activities
• Generate and execute commissioning documentation (OATs, FATs, BARs)
• Coordinate with trades and project teams to meet safety and schedule requirements
• Conduct QA/QC walk-downs and troubleshoot system issues
