You'll lead a software engineering team building high-impact camera products, working with product and hardware managers on roadmaps and architecture. Your team will drive product quality, reliability, and user experience, collaborating across teams to extend the Verkada platform. You'll own a strategically important product in a rapidly growing security company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and lead the team through recruitment and mentoring.
• Work with Product Managers and Hardware Team on roadmaps.
• Plan and drive project execution for camera product line.
• Drive product quality, reliability, and user experience.

📋 Requirements

• Deep experience with modern Linux system architecture and software.
• 2+ years in a management or startup leadership role.
• 4+ years in a software engineering role.
• Experience as technical lead for a team of 5 or more engineers.
