Description
As an entry-level IT Technician, you will be the first point of contact for end-user support, handling device, application, and access issues while also maintaining office infrastructure like AV and meeting rooms. You'll learn on the job with hands-on training and mentorship in a fast-growing, supportive team environment.
Requirements
- A-Levels or equivalent qualification
- People-oriented, emotionally intelligent communicator in English
- Positive, team-oriented, composed under pressure
- Strong problem-solver with ownership mindset

- Demonstrable passion for technology, especially Apple (macOS/iOS)
- Basic understanding of IT concepts and operating systems
- Interest in learning Okta, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365 administration
Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact via service desk and support channels, logging and resolving or escalating tickets
- Assist with identity access management including Okta sign-in issues and MFA resets
- Support collaboration suites such as Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 with email, password resets, and account management
- Handle joiner/mover/leaver processes: prepare equipment, provision accounts, and recover assets
- Troubleshoot macOS/iOS and Windows endpoints including Wi-Fi, VPN, printing, and software installs
- Enroll and manage devices via Jamf (Apple) and Microsoft Intune (Windows)
- Track and manage IT assets, maintain stock levels, and ensure audit readiness
- Perform routine checks and first-line support for meeting room AV and events
- Support office moves, expansions, and new technology rollouts with basic network tasks
- Create and update knowledge articles for common issues
