💼 About This Role

You'll be the dedicated finance partner to Miro's Marketing and Self-Service leadership, owning the end-to-end financial planning and unit economics for how Miro acquires and monetizes customers. You'll build CAC/LTV models, drive investment cases, and use AI-native tools to automate analysis and accelerate reporting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end marketing and self-service financial planning and forecasting.
• Build CAC, LTV, and payback models at the channel level.
• Model self-service funnel from sign-up to paid conversion.
• Prepare board and ELT materials on marketing and PLG economics.

📋 Requirements

• 6-8 years in strategy consulting, investment banking, strategic FP&A, BizOps, or corporate strategy
• Advanced financial modeling skills (forecasting, scenario analysis, unit economics)
• AI-native capabilities with proven ability to use AI tools for finance workflows
• Deep familiarity with marketing efficiency (CAC, LTV, ROAS) and self-service/freemium economics
