🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead research and content development for social standards revisions
• Develop supplemental resources to enable standards accessibility
• Support stakeholder engagement and interpretation of standards
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects to ensure holistic approach

📋 Requirements

• 7-10 years experience in social impact, human rights, or related field
• Deep expertise in social standards development and stakeholder engagement
• Experience leading research and analysis on complex social topics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate globally

• Experience with B Corp certification or similar frameworks
• Knowledge of JEDI principles and practices
