💼 About This Role

You'll design and deploy AI Agentic Solutions using the Workato Agentic AI platform for enterprise orchestration. You'll architect intelligent workflows and RAG systems, solving complex integration challenges.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect agent-based AI solutions using Workato platform
• Design and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
• Develop prompting, memory management, and behavior-planning techniques
• Monitor and improve AI system performance

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years relevant experience, with 3+ years on Workato platform
• BTech/BE in CS, AI, ML, or related field
• Proven experience in AI engineering with agent-based systems
• Experience with integration platforms (Workato, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, MuleSoft)

✨ Nice to Have

• 2-3 years coding experience (Java/Python/Ruby)
• Experience with cloud business apps (Workday, NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Marketo)
• Knowledge of Microservices or API-based integration architecture
