Description

As a Maintenance Technician II, you will independently handle work orders and repairs, assist with preventative maintenance, and support daily upkeep of the community. Your work ensures a clean, welcoming environment for residents and contributes to the overall quality of the property.

Requirements

• High School or GED equivalent
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• EPA/HVAC Certification
• CPO Certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner
• Complete service requests to Hawthorne standards
• Repair and restore vacant apartments to move-in ready status
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning
• Perform preventative maintenance per company guidelines
