Description

As a Sr. Solutions Engineer at Netskope, you will partner with the sales team to exceed targets, articulate the benefits of our cloud security architecture, and deliver compelling demonstrations and proof-of-concepts. You'll serve as the technical advocate for customers, gather requirements, and provide feedback to Product Management. This role involves heavy travel within the US and offers a chance to make a significant impact in building a leading cloud security company.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience as a Solutions/System Engineer with demonstrable skills at presenting technical information to business executives or architects
• Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable with public speaking to internal and external executive audiences
• Demonstrable experience with systems installation, configuration, and administration of Linux, MacOS, and Windows-based systems
• Proficient in mobile device technologies (MDM/MAM) and OS such as Android and iOS, with knowledge of certificates, key management systems, HSM and related protocols

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales targets and articulate high-level benefits of Netskope's architecture to senior security management up to CISO/CIO
• Construct best practices for presentations, demos, and Proof of Concept/Value exercises as well as overall win strategy
• Take active role in regional customer success and resolve customer satisfaction issues, escalating cross functionally when needed
• Create and deliver product demonstrations to prospective customers and gather technical requirements
