Description

You will own the Power BI environment end to end, build data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric, and partner across business teams to deliver reporting and insights that drive better decisions at a fast-growing fintech trading firm.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in BI or data analytics
• Strong SQL skills (CTEs, window functions, performance tuning)
• Hands-on Power BI experience (semantic models, DAX)
• Python/PySpark for data work (pandas, scripting, APIs)
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or similar platform

Responsibilities

• Own Power BI environment including semantic models, DAX, and dashboards
• Maintain and improve data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric
• Build scalable data models using star schema and fact/dimension design
• Analyze trader behavior, risk signals, and support pricing/product decisions
• Partner cross-functionally to translate business questions into insights
