You'll support a large federal agency's legal mission by performing litigation support tasks like cite checking and legal research. You'll assist attorneys with all phases of litigation while developing your expertise in federal court systems. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform complex legal research for trial staff.
• Assist in preparing draft legal documents such as motions and briefs.
• Cite check via Westlaw and Lexis using blue book.
• Review new cases and research pertinent laws.

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or currently attending ABA-accredited law school with at least one year of study.
• Sound working knowledge of federal and state court systems.
• Extensive experience with cite checking and blue book.
• Hands-on familiarity with document review and file management databases.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience working in a Government or Litigation Support environment.
• Experience with Relativity.
• Participation in Law Review.
