💼 About This Role

You'll lead the full spectrum of finance operations for a tech-enabled logistics company, driving month-end close in NetSuite and tax compliance. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own full-spectrum finance operations including AP, AR, treasury, and tax.
• Lead month-end close in NetSuite ensuring PFRS/IFRS compliance.
• Drive tax compliance and strategy for BIR filings and audits.
• Manage treasury, cash forecasting, and working capital.
• Lead FP&A including budgeting, forecasting, and unit economics.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience
• NetSuite working knowledge (administration and customization)
• Strong knowledge of PFRS, IFRS, and Philippine tax code
• CPA in good standing with PRC
• People leadership experience in a scaleup environment

✨ Nice to Have

• MBA or relevant postgraduate degree
• Big 4 audit/tax background
• Experience in tech, e-commerce, or logistics
