Requirements
- Significant experience in SMB and strategic account management or direct sales
- Ownership and growth of top accounts
- Consultative, relationship-driven sales approach
- Good listener who can communicate value proposition
- Technical fluency; Salesforce experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop SMB accounts into high-value customers and advocates
- Quarterback complex software implementations for top accounts
- Work with onboarding team to build strong relationships from start
- Design processes and tools to scale account management
