💼 About This Role

You'll own adoption and expansion across strategic federal accounts, helping organizations deploy Devin and Windsurf. You'll drive growth through technical discovery, tailored demos, and training, converting early wins into broader usage. This role combines commercial accountability with deep technical customer engagement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and grow 1-4 strategic federal accounts.
• Build relationships with champions, executives, and technical leaders.
• Lead technical discovery, demos, pilots, and training.
• Navigate procurement, security, and legal blockers.

📋 Requirements

• Federal ecosystem experience (government, military, or large federal contractor).
• Track record in customer-facing strategic account roles.
• Technical credibility with software engineering and developer workflows.
• Commercial judgment to drive urgency and expand accounts.

• Experience selling into large federal contractors or system integrators.
• Background in solutions engineering or technical account management.
