💼 About This Role

You'll provide skilled home health speech therapy and supervise clinical fellows in the largest home health agency in San Francisco. Your core impact is improving patient communication and quality of life while mentoring the next generation of SLPs. This role reduces your visit load when supervising, allowing you to focus on comprehensive training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide supervision and mentorship to speech-language pathology clinical fellows.
• Develop and implement individualized learning plans for each clinical fellow.
• Conduct regular evaluations and assessments of clinical fellows' progress.
• Facilitate discussions and case reviews to promote evidence-based practice.

📋 Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current California SLP license or certification.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
• Experience in supervising or mentoring SLP clinical fellows preferred.
