Description

You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of internal and external regulatory compliance audits, acting as the central coordinator between auditors, engineering, product, and legal teams. Your role involves managing evidence collection, driving mock audits, tracking remediation, and reporting to leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Program Management, Compliance, Risk Management, or External Audit
• Fluency in regulatory frameworks (online safety preferred)
• Proven ability to manage complex third-party audits (SOC2, ISO, etc.)
• Experience working closely with Legal Counsel
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance audit execution end-to-end
• Act as primary coordinator between auditors, SMEs, and legal
• Manage legal sign-off workflows for audit evidence
• Drive readiness through mock audits
• Coordinate evidence gathering and track remediation
