Description

You will implement AI-powered agentic workflows for enterprise customers, ensuring production readiness and driving measurable business outcomes. You'll partner cross-functionally to mature deployment patterns and define best practices for agentic AI automation.

Requirements

• 5–8 years in technical SaaS implementation, solutions engineering, or consulting
• Experience with Martech, RevTech, CCaaS, or workflow automation platforms
• Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and event-driven systems
• Ability to translate business workflows into technical implementation designs

Responsibilities

• Deploy agentic workflows end-to-end using platform-native tooling and APIs
• Configure agent orchestration logic, triggers, and downstream integrations
• Validate workflow accuracy and alignment to business outcomes
• Develop repeatable deployment patterns, playbooks, and templates
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface product gaps and customer needs
