🎯 What You'll Do

• Process invoices for Workplace Services, Visa, and Business Travel
• Coordinate with AP and cross-functional teams for payment processing
• Maintain vendor communication and invoice status trackers
• Assist in budget tracking and monthly spend reporting

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in procurement, invoice processing, or finance support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Familiarity with PR/PO processes and expense reporting
