You'll serve as the face of technology for EMEA teams at Pure Storage, managing the full Hire-to-Retire lifecycle and ensuring every employee has the tools to innovate. You'll drive operational excellence by resolving Tier 1 incidents and optimizing regional logistics across multiple countries. This role stands out for its blend of hands-on technical support and strategic lifecycle management in a high-growth environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for UK and EMEA regions.
• Resolve Tier 1 hardware and software incidents on Mac OS X and Windows.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory, and shipment of IT assets across multiple countries.
• Provide on-site and remote support for Zoom Rooms, A/V, and telecommunications.

📋 Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Mac OS X, Windows 11, iOS, and Android.
• Experience with cloud-based enterprise solutions like Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack.
• Background in IT Helpdesk using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Practical experience with Active Directory, endpoint security (CrowdStrike/Zscaler), and MDM (JAMF/AirWatch).
