Description

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as an LPN providing flexible 1:1 home care for pediatric and adult clients. You will perform assessments, monitor conditions, and execute doctors' orders with autonomy in a client's home.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Current New Jersey LPN license in good standing
• CPR certified
• Passion for pediatric and adult care

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care to one client per shift
• Follow and document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor client conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Build relationships and track client milestones
