You'll act as a subject matter expert in pricing for commercial, specialty, and reinsurance markets at hyperexponential, a fast-growing insurtech backed by a16z. You'll partner with senior stakeholders at top insurers to guide pricing transformations and embed AI-enabled workflows. This hybrid role blends actuarial depth with consulting, giving you a unique vantage point across the industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as pricing SME in client conversations and industry forums
• Guide strategic pricing transformation with senior stakeholders
• Support customers deploying models and re-engineering workflows
• Feed market insights into product roadmap

📋 Requirements

• Qualified actuary with several years of pricing experience in commercial, specialty, or reinsurance
• Hands-on technical capability in R, Python, and data pipelines
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders on workflows and strategy
• Commercial awareness in consulting or client-facing roles

✨ Nice to Have

• Reinsurance experience strongly preferred
• Experience with AI/ML applications in pricing
