You'll lead the oncology product line as a General Manager, owning the roadmap for Northstar liquid biopsy. Your impact will shape therapy selection and monitoring diagnostics, working with cross-functional teams to bring 10x innovations to market. This role offers the autonomy of a GM with the resources of a publicly traded company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own the oncology product line from strategy to daily execution
• Lead product launch strategies for assays, software, and customer experience
• Manage and inspire cross-functional teams across R&D, clinical, engineering, and commercial
• Monitor product performance and market shifts to drive data-driven improvements

📋 Requirements

• 5-10 years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership of complex product lines
• Proven experience launching diagnostic testing products (oncology or NGS-based preferred)
• GM-like mindset with strategic vision and hands-on execution skills
• On-site position requiring relocation to SF Bay Area

• Advanced degree (Masters/PhD) in molecular biology, bioengineering, or related field
