You'll architect and lead the AI-augmented growth engine driving global expansion for a category-defining HR platform. You'll own full-funnel pipeline strategy from acquisition to expansion, transforming our buyer journey into a scalable, high-velocity machine. This role offers hands-on leadership of a high-stakes demand engine across North America and EMEA.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect automated growth loops across the entire tech stack
• Own predictable delivery of SAOs and qualified pipeline
• Design go-to-market strategies for SMB and Mid-Market segments
• Build lifecycle programs bridging acquisition and customer expansion

📋 Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in growth marketing or demand generation in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record owning pipeline or revenue outcomes
• Experience scaling full-funnel growth programs across paid, organic, CRO, and lifecycle
• Hands-on AI fluency embedding AI tools into marketing workflows
