Description

You will lead our BFSI consulting practice, driving strategic initiatives and bridging high-level strategy with operational reality. You'll manage key accounts, oversee a team of 15-70 members, and be hands-on in sales, client relationships, and delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS from Tier I/II universities (IITs/NITs) and MBA from top B-schools (IIM) preferred
• 15-20 years experience in financial services with strategic leadership roles
• Robust experience in Retail, Investment Bank/Capital Markets, Asset Management, Wealth management, Insurance or Payments
• Exposure in Risk management (credit, market, operational) and Compliance (AML/KYC, Trading Compliance)
• Understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms

Responsibilities

• Manage 3-6 key accounts with a portfolio of $15M-$60M
• Drive new business development (hunting) and account growth (farming)
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and business development to develop go-to-market strategies
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics
• Lead a diverse team of consultants and subject matter experts
