You'll manage cross-domain dependencies and coach teams in agile practices, ensuring coherent program delivery. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on facilitation to drive continuous improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage team schedule, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Handle cross-domain dependencies to ensure program delivery
• Coach team in continuous improvement and agile learning
• Support backlog management, grooming, and prioritization

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of program and project management experience
• Strong expertise in software lifecycle management
• Proven track record supporting fast-growing teams
• Familiarity with Agile scaling frameworks like SAFe or LeSS
