You'll own projects end-to-end on a backend-heavy full-stack team, building enterprise-grade AI video features. You'll collaborate directly with product managers to shape commercial solutions and evaluate your impact through data pipelines. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Contribute to client application in React and backend in Python
• Own multi-month projects, breaking them into iterative steps
• Collaborate with product manager to shape commercial solutions
• Evaluate feature impact using internal data pipeline and frameworks

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years at senior/lead level
• Experience in a high-performing engineering team operating at scale
• Deep backend knowledge with ability to help on frontend occasionally

• Previous leadership of smaller teams
• Experience building enterprise-grade SaaS products with AI video generation
