💼 About This Role

You'll manage local financial reporting for Estonian entities in a fast-growing product company. You'll own month-end close and ensure compliance with IFRS. This role offers full remote work and growth opportunities.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare local financial statements (BS, P&L, CF, disclosures)
• Execute full monthly close cycle
• Perform intercompany reconciliations and invoicing
• Support local audit and optimize finance processes

📋 Requirements

• IFRS or local GAAP experience for international companies
• Full-cycle month-end close experience
• Intercompany operations and reconciliations understanding
• Excel proficiency with large data sets

✨ Nice to Have

• Estonian company reporting experience
• ACCA certification (in progress or completed)
• ERP system implementation or migration experience
