• Familiarity within the financial services industry
• Familiarity with Zendesk
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities

Responsibilities

• Review and validate employee loan information and documentation for accuracy
• Conduct thorough reviews of participant and employer-submitted materials
• Manage and respond to inquiries in the operations and support inbox
• Coordinate with student loan servicers and financial institutions to resolve discrepancies
• Support monthly invoicing processes and reconcile data for accurate billing
