💼 About This Role

You'll lead user research and design for a health data platform used globally. Your work will directly impact BetterGlobalHealth by creating intuitive experiences for healthcare stakeholders. This role offers the chance to shape our UX Style Framework and collaborate with front-end teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead user research (interviews, surveys) and synthesize findings into actionable design requirements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for clinical reasoning solutions and next-gen designs.
• Maintain and apply the in-house UX Style Framework consistently across projects.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and customer success teams throughout product development.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
• Experience working within an Agile/SCRUM team.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating deep understanding of creating meaningful experiences.
• Proficiency in Figma including components, design systems, variables, and interactive prototyping.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in healthcare design.
• Knowledge of FHIR and clinical data workflows.
• Experience designing for front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, Angular, or React.
