• Lead and develop Team Leads to foster leadership culture
• Drive operational excellence including processes and escalation frameworks
• Own automation and AI roadmap for Customer Support

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading Customer Support at scale
• Leader of leaders - experience managing managers or Team Leads
• Deep understanding of Customer Support operations, KPIs, and tooling
• Experience driving automation and AI initiatives in support environments
