💼 About This Role

You'll oversee accounting operations for growing US companies, leading a team and ensuring GAAP compliance. You'll drive month-end accuracy and deliver clean, timely financial data to executives. This role blends technical accounting expertise with people leadership and process improvement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Supervise and review month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Train, mentor, and oversee accounting staff
• Participate in client meetings and present financial results
• Manage workflow and deadlines across multiple engagements

📋 Requirements

• US Accounting experience: 5+ years
• US Accounting Manager/Director responsibilities: 3+ years
• US GAAP understanding and application
• Cloud accounting fluency (QBO/Xero)

✨ Nice to Have

• CPA or CMA certification
• Construction, nonprofit, or government contracting experience
• Experience leading distributed teams
