You'll implement change management for digital transformation and modern workplace projects to smoothly transition customers through change and improve adoption. You'll work with customers to define strategic change management plans, build collaterals, and execute activities. This role combines analytical rigor with hands-on coaching to drive lasting organizational impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead change management tracks from research to assessment.
• Create and conduct coaching and training sessions for diverse audiences.
• Monitor and measure effectiveness of change initiatives.
• Develop and execute impactful communication strategies.

📋 Requirements

• Professional experience with change requirements gathering and analysis.
• Experience producing and analyzing As-Is and To-Be documentation.
• Ability to interpret business needs into application requirements.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Understanding of Microsoft SharePoint/Dynamics CRM architecture.
• Understanding of Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures.
• Experience supervising junior associates.
