You will bring the BILL brand to life by expanding the design system, creating marketing assets for campaigns, events, and more, and act as a creative consultant to stakeholders. This role involves leading projects from concept to delivery, mentoring team members, and driving a culture of design excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of high-level design expertise
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience with creative AI tools and motion design
• Authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-bar creative marketing assets autonomously
• Interpret strategic briefs and propose creative concepts
• Lead projects from concept to final delivery
• Present creative work to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Mentor peers and junior team members
