💼 About This Role

You'll lead all manufacturing engineering functions at a modern electronics facility specializing in server assembly and rack-level integration. You will drive operational excellence, scalability, and innovation across product engineering, test development, and NPI. This is a foundational leadership role offering a unique opportunity to build the engineering organization for a next-generation model factory.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and scale a multi-disciplinary engineering team supporting full product lifecycle.
• Develop site engineering strategy to support production, innovation, and quality goals.
• Own process design, optimization, and control for server and rack-level assembly/test.
• Manage site-level industrialization of new products from engineering builds to ramp.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering leadership in electronics manufacturing.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience with NPI processes and customer collaboration.
• Familiarity with MES, SPC, traceability tools, lean/Six Sigma.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in CM, OEM, ODM manufacturing facilities.
• Exposure to liquid-cooling, high-power rack systems, or edge compute infrastructure.
• Knowledge of ISO, IPC, and industry compliance standards.
