💼 About This Role

You'll lead enterprise coding operations for a healthcare organization, overseeing onshore and offshore teams to drive coding accuracy and compliance. You'll partner with clinical, compliance, and revenue cycle stakeholders to strengthen documentation integrity and improve reimbursement outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead coding operations across onshore and offshore teams
• Manage coding performance metrics and DNFB reduction
• Drive revenue cycle improvement and denial prevention
• Develop coding governance and operational policies

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years experience in coding operations or revenue cycle management
• 5+ years leadership experience managing multi-site or global teams
• RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CPC certification
• Deep expertise in inpatient, outpatient, or professional coding

• Experience managing offshore coding operations
