Description

You will serve as the technical lead for our high-performance, low-latency trading platform, owning architecture decisions and setting engineering standards. You'll design and maintain backend systems in C# and Go, mentor engineers, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver reliable, fast trading infrastructure.

Requirements

• Expert-level C# development skills with .NET ecosystem and async/await patterns
• Experience leading technical architecture for backend systems with trade-off analysis
• Hands-on experience with low-latency or high-throughput systems
• Proficiency with RESTful API design, WebSockets, and event-driven architectures
• Strong understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and CI/CD pipelines

Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture for platform and backend systems
• Design, build, and maintain high-performance, low-latency backend systems in C# and Go
• Define and enforce engineering best practices, code quality, and testing strategies
• Proactively identify and address technical debt and performance bottlenecks
• Mentor engineers and drive cross-team alignment on platform capabilities
