Description

You will perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, assist with groundskeeping and snow removal, and support transportation duties. This role helps maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Ohio driver's license
• Experience in general maintenance: electrical, plumbing, carpentry
• Experience with HVAC, mowers, and vehicles

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
• Assist with groundskeeping, weeding, mulching, and snow removal
• Maintain documentation of fire safety and emergency preparedness
• Support scheduled transportation tasks
• Participate in rotating emergency on-call schedule
