You will work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment assembling transportation tie-down straps and packing orders. You’ll operate automatic sewing machines, maintain quality standards, and contribute to continuous improvement across production areas.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and able to perform repetitive tasks
• Adaptable to shifting priorities
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with team
• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and team lift over 60 lbs
• Bend, reach, twist, and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Read work orders and audit orders for accuracy
• Operate automatic sewing machines to assemble tie-down straps
• Pack orders efficiently off a conveyor belt
• Maintain production records using NetSuite and ShipHawk
• Follow Lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste
