You'll own agent outcomes for strategic accounts, deploying AI agents and turning deployment insights into platform improvements. You'll work directly with enterprise CX leaders to design AI transformation roadmaps. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own agent outcomes for strategic accounts end-to-end.
• Deploy AI agents and drive automation rates.

• Turn deployment insights into platform capabilities.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in PM, solutions engineering, or similar role
• Experience with technical products and enterprise customers
• Able to scope webhooks, OAuth flows, and complex integrations
• Ability to work in North American time zones

✨ Nice to Have

• AI-native mindset with experience using Claude Code, Cursor, etc.
• Background in customer success or implementation
• Experience advising CX leaders on organizational design
