💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 nursing care in a home health setting for patients in the Lansdale area. You'll follow a designated care plan, perform wound care, administer medication, and monitor client conditions. This role offers flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to manager
• Accurately document observations and care using a touch pad tablet

📋 Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in PA
• Minimum one year of recent clinical experience
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
