💼 About This Role

You'll manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects within the Global IT domain, coordinating distributed cross-functional teams. You'll drive clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, while contributing to PMO standards and best practices. This role offers the chance to work on diverse internal initiatives using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects
• Coordinate distributed cross-functional teams across locations
• Plan and control project timelines, scope, and priorities
• Create and maintain project documentation and reports

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT
• Strong understanding of classical Project Management principles
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience working with distributed or international teams

• Technical background or understanding of IT infrastructure
• Experience in PMO or enterprise IT environments
• Fluent Russian language
