💼 About This Role
You'll own the post-sale experience for a book of 300 customers, acting as a problem solver and liaison. You'll drive product usage, manage contract renewals, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer success. This role offers the opportunity to work with Legal AI technology in a fast-growing, award-winning company.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Drive solutions for customers from contract through renewal for optimal product usage.
- Become an expert in Filevine's product suite and solve technical issues for customers.
- Analyze customer usage data to develop recommendations and train teams.
- Manage contract renewals and partner with internal departments for revenue retention.
📋 Requirements
- Expert written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing or maintaining a book of business.
- Ability to be extremely responsive and proactive when interfacing with customers.
- Mature ability to handle challenging conversations with customers.
✨ Nice to Have
- B2B sales, account management or implementations experience preferred.
- Resilient and adaptable to changes in a startup environment.
- Biased towards action in pursuit of achieving goals.
