💼 About This Role

You'll lead DMPK strategy for peptide discovery projects, integrating ADME data to guide lead optimization and DC nomination. You will serve as the primary DMPK representative on cross-functional teams, driving the preclinical development of novel therapeutics.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead peptide DMPK strategy for discovery projects
• Design and interpret in vitro and in vivo ADME studies
• Integrate DMPK data with medicinal chemistry and pharmacology
• Present DMPK strategy and risk assessments to project teams

📋 Requirements

• PhD with 8+ years industry experience or MS with 11+ years
• Excellent understanding of small molecule and antibody ADME principles
• Proficiency with WinNonLin and R for PK data analysis
• Experience overseeing external CRO partners

✨ Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience in PK/PD modeling
• Experience with drug transporter/drug-drug interaction assessment
• Regulated bioanalysis experience
