You'll lead full-stack development and AI integrations for a customer support scaling platform. You'll own architecture decisions and mentor teammates while building real-time multimodal simulations. You'll work directly with founders in a small, ambitious SF team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead advanced prompt engineering and retrieval pipeline development
• Architect real-time multimodal simulations for voice, video, and chat
• Drive high-performance user experiences with Next.js
• Mentor teammates and shape technical decisions

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of engineering experience
• Startup experience (Series A to C)
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills
• Deep expertise in modern web technologies or AI integrations
