Description
As an Usher at EagleBank Arena, you'll welcome guests, check tickets, and direct them to their seats during the 2025-26 event season. Your role ensures a safe, enjoyable experience by providing excellent customer service and enforcing arena policies.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 6 months of customer service or usher experience preferred
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and verbal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50 lbs
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and check/scan tickets
- Direct guests to seats and answer questions
- Inspect seating area for cleanliness and safety
- Keep portals and aisles clear
- Enforce arena rules and emergency procedures
