You'll join a mission-driven team managing day-to-day financial transactions at Church at the Park. Your work will ensure timely vendor payments and accurate customer receivables. This role offers the chance to support community programs through diligent financial operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Process vendor invoices and issue payments
• Generate customer invoices and apply incoming payments
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with month-end close and reporting

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Sage Intacct, and Bloomerang
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Knowledge of AP/AR regulations and laws

✨ Nice to Have

• Additional education or experience in accounting
• Experience with Ramp credit card platform
• Experience in nonprofit or grant accounting
