You'll guide Agile transformation for a large federal agency supporting multiple teams and programs. You'll embed a culture of Agile, Lean, and DevSecOps, coaching teams and leadership to optimize delivery. This role offers a chance to drive enterprise-wide change in government IT.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee Agile transformation for multiple teams
• Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members
• Facilitate cross-team planning workshops and PI Planning
• Evolve Agile Maturity Assessment and report findings

📋 Requirements

• 5 years practical Agile experience
• Strong understanding of SAFe, Scrum, Kanban
• Experience as organizational change agent across multiple teams
• Experience launching Agile Release Trains and building CD pipeline

• Master's degree in IT-related field
• Certifications like SAFe SPC, CST, or ICP-CAT
• Secure coding knowledge
